How It Works – 5 Easy Steps

1. Click on a “Register” link to register for a Free Account with Pulse Packages. You will receive a confirmation and PMB (Personal Mail Box) number.

2. Have your package shipped to our address using your name and PMB number. It should look like this:

Your Name (or Business Name)
862 Peace Portal Drive
Blaine, Wa 98230

** Please ensure the Name on your package matches your I.D and Account Sign Up Name or Business Name Exactly **

3. Wait for an automated e-mail message from Pulse Packages letting you know that your package has arrived.

** Please check your SPAM / JUNK folder to see if your notification e-mail went there **

4. If your e-mail Notification shows a Negative Credit Balance, go to the Pricing/Buy Credits tab on our Website and purchase package credit (s); Or pay cash in store if you prefer. Sorry, we do not accept credit or debit cards in store.

5. Pick up your package(s) at Pulse Packages:
Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00am-8:00pm
Wednesday & Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 4:30pm
Monday & U.S. Holidays: Closed.

** Please bring in your completed Form 1583 or fill it out at Pulse Packages **
